Being in Cinncinati for a week has been liberating from a sports gambling standpoint. Draft Kings, Bet MGM, and Fan Duel are all available at your fingertips. In this case, one’s fingertips might lead to some irrational decisions. But luckily, as always, one stays within their limits and irrationality can also lead to a great parlay win that includes two baseball moneylines and an alternate strikeout prop from Luis Castillo.

Each weekend, you will get my best picks in a variety of sports. Tail them if you want. Fade them if you dare. Either way, this is all meant to be fun.

I am pretty hot in the WNBA right now. The tickets I don’t share are winning. The last two tickets I shared won.

Skyler Diggins-Smith (SEA) over 15.5 points vs. Minnesota (6/9)

SDS is rolling right now. She has hit the over on this line in five straight games and the team is clearly hers if you watch the Storm. This line will terrify you when she has 4 points in the 3rd quarter, but she will pull it out in the end and with free throws attacking the hoop in the 4th or if the Storm are icing the game.

Las Vegas Aces -10.5 at Los Angeles Sparks (6/9)

The Aces are a good team, but they are not playing like a great team. However, the Sparks are not good and cannot stop good guards. The Aces are going to be pissed off and hungry to stomp someone after losing at home to the Storm.

No offense to Chris Flexen, but I bet against him whenever I can.

Let’s have fun here. Parlay these three teams with Greyson Rodriguez (vs. Tampa Bay), Shota Imanaga (vs. Reds on 7 game winning streak), and Max Fried (vs. Nationals). I like that even though parlays are sucker bets.

Dereck Lively over 6.5 rebounds (6/9)

Lively hit 5 rebounds in limited playing time in game 1. I expect a bigger game from him in game 2 for the Mavericks to be competitive.

Kyrie Irving over 31.5 points, rebounds and assists (6/9)

As you can tell, I am expecting a big bounceback game from the Mavs. Kyrie was aggressive offensively in game 1 and didn’t hit shots. I expect Boston to try and limit Luka even more which will allow Kyrie space to playmake.

Leon Draisaitl over 2.5 shots on goal vs. Florida (6/10)

I mean…I am 2 for 2 on NHL bets. Draisaitl had four shots in game 1 and has hit this number in 5 of his last 8 playoff games. Edmonton is going to be aggressive in game two and Draisaitl will be firing.
